- All products will be shipped by the method you chose when checking out unless other arrangements have been made by email confirmation and voice communication.
- Christec ships to the domestic US only.
- Most if not all orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
- All returned product must be in original (unused) condition and is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Freight charges will not be refunded
- Defective product, after a quality assurance examination, will be exchanged for the same product.
- All product returns (restocking or defective) must have an RMA (return authorization number). Please contact us for an RMA number via phone or email.
- Product returns are allowed for 14 days.
